It was a cold rainy night the winds blew wildly in the area, the rains fell without ends, the black clouds floated by lazily in the sky, the moon and stars tried to shine through the clouds, you were walking through the halls going to get some water. You had learned more on how Albano got placed in the lower levels of the school and that he could only leave in his shadow form, you really felt bad for him but you were glad he could call you friend but he still had doubts in him about you being truly his friend.

You walked into the cafe and got your water you turned around to see Albano in his shadow form, “hey” you said, “hey so how were classes?” Albano said, “I didn’t have classes today” you said. You saw his cheeks go blue in embarrassment but it soon left, “it’s been 20 years so I’m a little rusty” he said, you walked over and rubbed his snout, “it’s fine big guy by the way can I ask you something?” you said, “sure what would you like to know” Albano said, “how did you get your white scales and become blind I’ve heard a little bit about your kind all your kind have regenerative abilities” you said. He sighed and looked at you eye to eye, “it is true my kind does have regenerative abilities but I was born with a different ability” Albano said, “what ability did you get in exchange for healing powers?” you said, “just look into my eyes” Albano said.

You couldn’t explain it you felt yourself lose control of your body you soon realized what his ability was he could hypnotize people, he stopped and leaned back but he smiled, “why can’t I move?” you said, “easy I used a form of hypnosis you can’t move but your still think on your own” Albano said. You tried with all your might but you still couldn’t move, “raise your right hand up” Albano said, you saw your right arm raise up you couldn’t believe it he had full control of your body, you looked into his eyes and then you regained full control of your body, “if I wish when you look into my eyes a second time your free but I’ve got another ability” Albano said, “what other ability?” you said, “shadow possession I can control you through your shadow if I merge with your shadow” Albano said, “that’s cool but night” you said.

He went back into the shadows you put your glass away and walked back to your room, “you can’t save him” a voice said, you looked around seeing nobody until you looked ahead and saw Blaze. You turned around and saw Pinky they both were blocking any way of escape, “you don’t belong here” Pinky said, you couldn’t understand why Pinky was saying this they started advancing towards you and there was no way to escape until the walls fell apart revealing Fern. She blasted them both away with solar energy she coiled around you and nuzzled your cheek she also gave you a few licks leaving green saliva on your cheek, “y/n listen to me this isn’t real” Fern said, “what?” you said, “none of this is real it’s all in your head” Cern said, “but I can’t wake up” you said, “just hang in there I’m getting a flower in reality that will wake you” Fern said. You slowly calmed down feeling her coils holding you gently and carefully her coils gave you a safe feeling, “please hurry” you said, “I will just stay with this mental version of myself” Fern said, you slowly closed your eyes hoping she could get you out of this..........
