Meeting Cipher

It was a cold night the winds were blowing peacefully in the area, the clouds floated by lazily in the sky, the moon and stars shined brightly in the sky, most of the creatures in Uprora were sleeping peacefully, you were walking through the area trying to find some shelter. All you remember was being on a plane on your way to the vacation spot, you mysteriously passed out and than woke up here wherever here was you didn’t know if other people noticed you were gone.

For some odd reason despite its tropical look it felt cold unlike anything you ever felt, you heard a loud roar in the distance this caused you to pick up the pace and into running. You avoided obstacles you got some cuts having some branches brush against your skin, you looked back seeing nothing chasing you but somehow you felt like something was chasing you from somewhere, you continued running until you bumped into something soft and squishy you tumbled back a bit and looked up to see a anthro creature it was completely made of orange jelly, it had black reptile slit pupils, a long tail.
You backed away in fear never having seen anything like it before back home it kneeled down and offered a hand, “hey what are you doing here?” it said, you couldn’t believe this creature could talk and by its tone this was a male, you curled up and continued to shiver from the cold and fear he moved over and nuzzled your cheek.

You pushed his head away wanting to be left alone he frowned but he couldn’t blame you for being afraid, he gently picked you up and hugged you against his chest. You would have struggled but you were petrified in fear he rubbed your back admitting a soft purr, “it’s okay your safe” he said, for some odd reason his voice was enough to calm you down and he felt warm you snuggled against him trying to get more warmth, he smiled seeing you were starting to put trust in him and loosing the fear he was shy around new people but this was a exception since he/she could have died if he didn’t help. He got up and started walking but kept rubbing your back keeping you calm he had only seen one other human apart from you but he was out and accidentally forgot about him but it happens, “w-who a-are y-you a-and w-what a-are y-you?” you said, “I’m Cipher and I’m a Amoebine” he said.

Awhile later

Cipher walked into a cave and walked deeper into this cave, you saw a few holes with boiling water you hoped Cipher didn’t put you in one of them, “don’t worry I’m not boiling you” Cipher said. He placed you against the wall and sat next to you his tail wrapped around you and gently, you couldn’t deny his skin was really soft, squishy and silky it helped you relax, he moved you over and put you against his chest, “you got a name?” Cipher said, “it’s y/n” you said. He smiled and nuzzled your cheek admitting a soft purr you rubbed his snout which caused him to purr a little louder, he saw you yawn he realized you were tired, “sleep now I’ll keep you safe” Cipher said, you were way ahead of him you got comfortable and closed your eyes listening to his purring feeling safe with Cipher, he rested his head on yours and kept his eyes on the entrance he wouldn’t allow anyone or anything to hurt his new friend but he hoped that his family would return........
